Pool Rizzler

Can you balance the ultimate duty of a lifeguard with the ultimate art of flirtation?

Welcome to Pool Rizzler, a fast-paced, top-down 2D arcade game made in just 24 hours for the AzTU Gamesummit Gamejam!

You play as a charismatic lifeguard who has two major priorities: keeping the pool safe, and keeping your rizz levels off the charts. It’s a wild balancing act where one wrong move could get you fired—or left single!

Game Features & Mechanics

The Lifeguard Duty

The pool area is chaotic, and you are the only one who can keep order. You must watch out for two major disasters:

• Drowning Kids: Keep your eyes peeled! If someone starts drowning, you need to rush over immediately.
• Pool Pee-ers: Some people just have no manners. Catch the culprits who try to pee in the pool and kick them out before they ruin the water!

Failure is not an option: If you fail to save a kid or stop a pool-wetter in time, you get FIRED, and it's Game Over!

Button-Press Minigame (Rescue!) 

Saving lives takes quick reflexes! When you interact with a drowning swimmer, a rescue bar will appear. You must mash the Spacebar as fast as you can to fill up the bar and pull them to safety before time runs out.

The Flirting Part (Unleash the Rizz)

While managing the chaos, your main goal is to approach the ladies around the pool and charm them. 

• Choose the right dialogue options to fill up your Rizz Bar.  
• The Catch: Duty calls! Your conversations will constantly be interrupted by emergencies. It’s up to you to quickly handle the danger and get back to your smooth-talking without losing your charm.
